SAMSUNG Provided Fake gorila glass
Dear Sir,
My name is Sayed .This is the second time i am mailing you as i have not received any reply so i will explain once again my problem.I have bought a new Samsung Galaxy S5 .,After opening the box i have found out " Greyish hue/cloud as well as oleophobic coating fade away in upper and lower part of glass also in side part of glass " overall i feel i am cheated from Samsung as you have given me a sub-standard phone.
This is a serious problem because of your manufacturing defect i am the one who suffering and i bought for a huge Money and i feel very much dispointed .
I have samsung warranty.i am requesting samsung to contact me immediately with right solution.and replace me the defective glass.
